An important part of our method relies in managing the construction process with clear and efficient communication. We act as advocates for our clients by performing due diligence in the pre-construction phase, minimizing the risks during construction, and in assisting with a complete and administrative process during construction and post construction. Our management serivices include cost estimating services, constructibility assessment, project planning, and coordination with designers, specialized consultants and suppliers. In addition, we coordinate post-construction services, such as occupancy permits, moving and relocations, signage and equipment installations.

Our establishment has over 11,000 square feet and more than 25 skilled workers. For woodworking, only the finest quality materials are used, carefully selected from fine local and imported woods.

Every unit is carefully sanded and polished using the best painting facility, ensuring a perfect color, shine and tone. We assure to refine every single detail meticulously. Each module of furniture that comes out of our shop is completely set and ready to be installed. Meeting our clients’ standards is our daily task.
